Today, the Special Districts Association of North L.A. County hosted a meeting that highlighted grant writing to help its members learn ways to find funding for projects. The event also was an excellent opportunity for local agencies to collaborate, share insights, and discuss key legislative and regulatory updates affecting special districts.
